Its always been tough.. they are all hard to work with. I was finally beginning to enjoy my relationship with National city and they got bought. Ugh. Now KeyBank seems to be the leader. I have a rep who listens and responds to me. They gave us a line of credit!! So Far So Good!

Getting Organized

In running a company, i have my ear in every department, i manage multiple outside consultant. I am constantly looking for the best project management/collaborative device. Right now i am working with www.wizehive.com and so far so good. Its a newer product, still in beta. Here is what i like:

Its all on the web (does have a client desktop for download)
Large file transfers
Task assignments and to do lists with ability to prioritize, set dates, set people
Lots of ways to customize and organize

It took very little time to set up and get started. And best of all the buy who owns it sent me an email asking if i could work with them to help making the product better! YES!

Intro

I have worked in advertising for 15 years. Started as a media planner/buyer and have worked my way through the ranks. Now i am part owner of www.zigmarketing.com and the CFO. I have self taught and used mentors to get me to a point where i think i am doing a pretty darn good job. I have started this blog to help others who maybe in the same boat as i am. Running a small company, its takes alot of different talents, my expertise changes on a weekly basis. This is where i can vent my frutstration, points of interest and best of all, success stories.
