Getting Organized

In running a company, i have my ear in every department, i manage multiple outside consultant. I am constantly looking for the best project management/collaborative device. Right now i am working with www.wizehive.com and so far so good. Its a newer product, still in beta. Here is what i like:

Its all on the web (does have a client desktop for download)
Large file transfers
Task assignments and to do lists with ability to prioritize, set dates, set people
Lots of ways to customize and organize

It took very little time to set up and get started. And best of all the buy who owns it sent me an email asking if i could work with them to help making the product better! YES!
